Ingredients
50ml Seadrift Coast
25ml Lemon Juice
10ml Simple Syrup
25ml Egg Whites
1.5 Tsp Marmalade
Method
Add Seadrift Coast, lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and a tablespoon of marmalade to a cocktail shaker.
Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake the ingredients for about 10-15 seconds.
Use a fine-mesh strainer to pour the mixture into a chilled glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a dollop of marmalade on top.
