Ingredients
50ml of Seadrift Coast
20ml of Lemon Juice
20ml of Simple Syrup
4 Blackberries
Method
Place the blackberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to gently muddle the blackberries.
Add all other ingredients into the cocktail shaker
Add ice to the shaker and shake the mixture for about 10-15 seconds.
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish:
Garnish with a lemon wedge and one blackberry
