Here is our fabulous white Christmas Mocktail "White Christmas" that has gone viral on Instagram! Made by Nat of The Mindful Mocktail its the perfect fresh and delicious Christmas mocktail that is at once elegant and sophisticated!
Ingredients
2 tinned lychees
15 mls (½ oz) lychee syrup from the tin
30 mls (1 oz) lime juice
6 mint leaves
45 mls (1 ½ oz) Seadrift Coast
15 ml (1/2 oz) elderflower cordial
Method
Add the lychees, lychee syrup and lime juice to your shaker. Muddle a few times until all the juice has been released from the lychees.
Clap the mint together a few times and add to the shaker.
Pour in the Seadrift Coast and elderflower cordial. Add some ice and shake for about 30 seconds.
Double strain into your glass over ice.
Garnish with your choice of cranberries, lime and/or mint.
