At Seadrift, we have gathered our top 10 Christmas mocktail recipes. You can impress everyone at the Christmas party! From the refreshing Elderflower Spritz, to a classic Orange Prosecco Spritz.

  1. Hibiscus Summer Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Seadrift BY JULES Hibiscus
  • 0% Prosecco (Try Tread Softly as a lovely Australian option)

Method:

  • Pour 50ml of Seadrift BY JULES Hibiscus over ice into a sizeable wine glass.
  • For a non-alcoholic option, incorporate 200ml of your preferred non-alcoholic Prosecco or tonic water.
  • For a low-alcohol substitute, replenish with an Italian Prosecco instead.
  • Garnish with a piece of thyme and a piece of fresh orange.

 

2. Vibrant Orange Aperitif

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Seadrift BY JULES Vibrant Orange
  • 0% Prosecco (Try Tread Softly as a lovely Australian option)

Method:

  • Serve 50ml of Seadrift BY JULES Hibiscus over ice in a large wine glass.
  • For a 0% serve, add 200ml of your favourite 0% prosecco or soda water.
  • For a low alcohol alternative, top up with an Italian Prosecco instead.
  • Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a chunk of blood orange.

 

3.Wild Hibiscus Sour:

A vibrant twist on a classic gin sour cocktail, deliciously bright, floral and tangy with a foam top.

Ingredients:

  • Seadrift BY JULES Positive Hibiscus 60ml
  • Lime Juice 15ml
  • Sugar Syrup 25ml
  • Egg White / Aqua Faba 15ml

Method:

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaking tin, add cocktail ice and shake hard for two mins. Double strain into a coupette glass, and garnish with a sprig of thyme.

4. No- Groni

Ingredients:

  • Seadrift BY JULES Positive Orange 60ml
  • Seadrift Coast – 60ml
  • Sugar Syrup 15ml
  • Orange Twist (to garnish)

Method:

Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass or jug with ice. Stir well until the outside glass begins to chill. Place one large ice cube into a glass, then strain contents into the glass. Garnish with an orange twist or a Christmas trinket!

5.Old Fashioned:

A timeless, elegant cocktail that is Whiskie spirit forward and slightly sweet. The perfect accompaniment to Christmas Pudding and Cake.

Ingredients:

  • Seadrift 50ml of Whiskie
  • 10ml of Simple Syrup
  • 4 drops of All the Bitters New Orleans Non-alcoholic Bitters
  • An Orange
  • Bitters 3 Drops

Method:

Combine all ingredients and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 mins. When cold, pour straight into the rocks glass. Garnish with twist of orange peel.

6.Summer Pav:

Indulgence at its best, a Pavlova in a mocktail - does it get any better than that!

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Seadrift Wild Hibisucs
  • 50ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 5ml Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Double Cream
  • Half a Passionfruit
  • 2 Raspberries
  • 1 Strawberry

Method:

Place the berries and passionfruit into a cocktail shaking tin. Muddle together with a mudling stick or the back of a spoon.

Add Seadrift Wild Hibiscus, vanilla syrup, lemon juice and double cream. Add ice and shake. Double strain into your favourite glass.

7.Mojito:

Perfect for a scorching hot Aussie Christmas celebration! This mocktails is the ultimate in refreshment with its sweet lime juice and mint leaves.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Seadrift Marine
  • 4 Lime Wedges
  • 25ml of Sugar Syrup
  • 10 MInt Leaves
  • Soda Water to top

Method:

In a cocktail shaker, combine lime and mint and muddle together. Add remainder ingredients and shake for about 15 seconds.

Fill a tall glass with ice and strain in mixture. Top up with soda water, stir and garnish with mint sprigs and a straw. Enjoy!

 

8. Elderflower Spritz:

This elegant mocktail is a crowd favourite, fresh, balanced and exquiste tastings.

Ingredients:

  • Seadrift Coast 50ml
  • Elderflower Cordial 35ml
  • Lemon Juice 5ml
  • Soda Water
  • Cucumber Ribbons

Method:

Garnish the glass by wrapping the cucumber ribbons around the inside of the glass at an angle. Pour Seadrift Coast, elderflower cordial and lemon juice into a cocktail tin. Add ice and stir together, then top up with soda water. Gentle mix and garnish with a small edible white flower.

9. Espresso Martini:

Always the perfect pick me up to keep the party going for longer! Rich and smooth this version has all the taste none of the alcohol.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Seadrift Coast
  • 35ml Espresso Coffee
  • 25ml Coconut Water
  • 20ml Vanilla Syrup
  • Coffee Beans to Garnish

Method:

Brew a shot of espresso into a mug and allow to cool. In a cocktail shaker combine all ingredients with ice and the coffee.

Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupette or martini glass and garnish with three coffee beans. Enjoy!

10 Margarita!

Well not technically a Christmas mocktail - but what party would be complete without the perfect margarita! Here is our zesty version sans alcohol.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Seadrift Marine
  • 25ml Monin Curacoa Triple Sec
  • 15ml Lime Juice
  • 5ml Agave Syrup

Method:

Chill your glass in the freezer so its super cold, then run a lime around the glass rim. Pop salt onto a plate and dip the rim of the glass into the salt to create the salt rim. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard for 2 mins. Double strain into a margarita glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
