A Marine Style Non- Alcoholic Vodka 

Coriander - Lemongrass - Sea Kelp

Seadrift Marine Non-Alcoholic spirit is a  coastal non-alcoholic “vodka” style product. Distilled from fresh coriander, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and locally foraged sea kelp. Marine is our original product, and is super refreshing, the perfect accompaniment to seafood, stir fries and salads. It also makes a mean 0% margarita! 

The spirit opens on the fresh notes of coriander, that evolve into the spicy notes of Kaffir Lime  and finishing with the citrus zing of lemongrass. The sea kelp adds a light salty note, and helps to create an umami effect throughout the mouth, carrying and intensifying flavours. It has a bright, ultra refreshing  flavour that comes from our unique process and fresh botanicals that really pack a punch.

Distilled in small batch runs, in traditional copper pot stills at Australia’s first non-alcoholic distillery.

To Serve:

Pour 50ml of Seadrift Marine into a long glass with ice, fill the glass with your favourite tonic water, then garnish with a sprig of fresh coriander. The perfect drink to accompany seafoods and asian inspired salads.
