Seadrift Coast Non-Alcoholic spirit is a coastal non-alcoholic “gin” style product. Distilled from juniper berries, fresh basil and rosemary, Coast is one of our most popular drinks and versatile to create a whole range of 0% cocktails.
The spirit opens on a sweet notes of freshly torn basil leave, this evolves into the pepper notes of juniper berries and rosemary, backed by a citrus zing of lemongrass. It has a bright, intense flavour that comes from our unique process and fresh botanicals that really pack a punch.
Distilled in small batch runs, in traditional copper pot stills at Australia’s first non-alcoholic distillery.
To Serve:
Pour 50ml of Seadrift Coast into a long glass with ice, fill the glass with your favourite tonic water, then garnish with a sprig of fresh basil. The perfect drink for the GnT hour!
