Flavour Profile
  • Seadrift Wild Hibiscus: The aroma is of sweet tropical notes of Hibiscus flowers, and freshly torn basil leaves. Upon tasting the floral note this evolves into the pepper notes of juniper berries and rosemary, backed by a citrus zing of lemongrass.
  • Seadrift Coast: Coast opens on a sweet note of freshly torn basil leave, this evolves into the pepper notes of juniper berries and rosemary, backed by a citrus zing of lemongrass. It has a bright, intense flavour that comes from our unique process and fresh botanicals that really pack a punch.
  • Seadrift Marine: The spirit opens on the fresh notes of coriander, that evolve into the spicy notes of Kaffir Lime  and finishing with the citrus zing of lemongrass. The sea kelp adds a light salty note, and helps to create an umami effect throughout the mouth, carrying and intensifying flavours.
To Serve

Shake well. Serve 50ml in a tall glass, add ice, top up with your favourite premium tonic ( we use CAPI Dry or Fever Tree Mediterranean) or sparkling water and garnish fresh edible flowers.

Ingredients Statement

Hibiscus: Basil, juniper, lemongrass, hibiscus flower extract, herbs, seakelp, preservatives (citric acid, potassium sorbate).

Marine: Water, fresh coriander, fresh lime leaves, herbs, seaweed, preservatives (citric acid, potassium sorbate).

Coast: Water, fresh basil, juniper, seakelp, fresh lemongrass, herbs, preservatives (citric acid, potassium sorbate).

Storage Instructions

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. Serve within one month of opening. Hibiscus  is a natural product so the colour will fade. Shake well before pouring.

Great non-alcoholic gin alternative

I’m so glad I bought the tasting pack so I could try various options. All three are great! The herbs really shine through in the Coast (basil) & Classic (coriander) which adds a freshness that I love. I’m relieved to have found a really good alternative to my beloved gin, but without the alcohol :)

A grown up's drink

There are a few orange-flavored spirits on the market but this one has gone for complex flavours rather than sugar. It's a very satisfying alcohol alternative.
