Seadrift Non-Alcoholic Whiskie is a delicious alternative to a classic whiskey spirit. Opening with peaty notes and a deep oaky aroma, the spirit opens with light toffee notes, gradually warming in the mouth and finishing with smoky notes. The perfect accompaniment to cheese or rich, chocolate desserts, and a great base for alcohol-free takes on your favourite whiskey cocktails.

Flavour Profile

Seadrift Whiskie boasts a beautiful clear, golden hue. The aroma opens with light caramel and smooth vanilla notes, underscored by a touch of gunpowder and oak.

Upon tasting, the spirit reveals a sweet, light toffee flavour that develops into vanilla notes with the smokiness of Lapsang Souchong tea and gunpowder.

Mid-drink, the complexity of star anise comes through, finishing with a warm, ginger heat and notes of charred oak.

To Serve

Pour 50ml of Seadrift Whiskie into a rocks glass over one large block of  ice. Alternatively, pour 50ml into a tall glass over ice, and mix with a premium cola or ginger ale, we recommend Bundaberg!
