Tasting Notes: Vibrant Orange - Bitters - Basil
Seadrift Orange Aperitif is a classic Italian style non-alcoholic orange aperitif. Distilled with vibrant orange, bitters and fresh basil leaves.
The drink opens on a sweet, juicy taste of fresh oranges, with herbaceous undertones of rosemary and basil, it has a slightly bitter mid note which resolves into a sweet orange ending.
Distilled in small batch runs, in traditional copper pot stills at Australia’s first non-alcoholic distillery.
How to Serve:
Pour 50 ml of Seadrift Orange Aperitif, in a large wine glass filled with ice. Top up with two parts (100ml) soda water and one part(50ml) 0% Prosecco( optional) and garnish with a wedge of blood orange and a sprig of fresh thyme or basil.
No 0% Prosecco or prefer a lighter taste?.No problem just top up wit 150ml soda water.
Prefer a low alcohol drink (as opposed to zero alcohol) just mix with a good quality Italian Prosecco for a delicious drink thats lighter on the alcohol.
