The Three Best Sober Coaches

The Three Best Sober Coaches

2024 is here and the movement to mindful drinking is really taking hold globally with more than 30% of 18-30 year old’s choosing not to drink.

If you want to know what all the chatter is about and feel you would benefit from a helping hand in making the move, we have put together some options for 3 fantastic sober coaches. These incredible coaches have provided support and guidance to people globally to help inspire those who are sober curious to enhance their everyday lives by drinking less!

1.Sarah Rusbatch- Australia

Sarah Rusbatch is a certified Women's Health and Wellbeing Coach, an accredited Gray Area Drinking Coach and a key-note speaker sharing her journey to Sobriety and impact of alcohol on mental health to global audiences. Many of you may have met her here at Seadrift Distillery and we are looking forward to welcoming her back in Feb with her new book launch.

After developing what she describes as 'a dysfunctional relationship with alcohol', Sarah made the decision to remove alcohol from her life in early 2019 and has never looked back. She now works with women across the globe, guiding them from feeling lost, stuck and out of control (something she fully understands herself), to a healthier and happier way of living. You can join her course starting Monday 8th Jan or pre-order her book Beyond Booze

2. Jenn Kautsch – USA

Sober Sis founder, Jenn Kautsch, is a pioneer in this movement of sober-minded living. The movement centres on the idea of making conscious choices to be the best version of yourself, to live in an intentional manner creating the life you want and sometimes that means living alcohol-free. Jenn recognized that alcohol was causing some inner turmoil, it was taking up too much ‘space’ in her life, and she embarked on this amazing journey to create a global community called Sober Sis, empowering women all around the world to their own journey in sobriety.

3. Kate Bee – United Kingdom

Kate Bee is a certified CBT practitioner & certified life coach who decided there was no longer space in her life for alcohol & hangxiety. Kate did some further research into how habits are formed & the science of how humans think, which then led her to a 100 day break from drinking & she hasn't looked back since. Kate is the founder of The Sober School who helps people globally break the cycle and stigma around drinking and provide tools to those trying to navigate sobriety.

At Seadrift we understand that everyone has a different relationship with alcohol and there is no one right or wrong answer. It’s what works best for you at the time. If you’re going sober, taking a month off, a day off or just inserting some fantastic non-alcohol options into the round, we salute you for looking after yourself, the best way only you can.
