The drink opens with natural sweetness of freshly torn basil leaves combined with the citric zing of lemongrass. This evolves into the peppery complexity of juniper allowing the flavours to linger for longer. Enjoy 50ml of Seadrift Coast over ice. A great hangover cure or perfect breakfast accompaniment. Mix 160ml of Seadrift Marine, 120ml tomato juice, 6 dashes of tabasco, 5 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, a good pinch of sea salt, ground black pepper, a tsp of paprika, squeeze in a full lime. Garnish with a coriander, celery, olives and a Solanato tomato.

Ingredients:  60ml Seadrift Coast Non-Alcoholic Spirit 60ml Watermelon Juice 4 Mint Leaves 30ml Sugar Syrup  Egg White Cocktail Ice Method:  Place 60ml of Seadrift Coast, 60ml watermelon juice, 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 4 smashed mint leaves, and 30ml of sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with one egg white and some cocktail ice (larger pieces).
