50 ml of Seadrift Marine
200ml of your favourite Tonic Water (we recommend StrangeLove)
Served in a highball glass over crushed ice.
Garnish with dried sea kelp or a thin slice of lemon
This serve brings out the natural marine notes and fresh coriander. It is perfect served with stir fries, seafoods, fragrant curries and long BBQ's. The flavours slowly builds meaning that you can drink it for a long time.
Seadrift Virgin Mary
A great hangover cure or perfect breakfast accompaniment. Mix 160ml of Seadrift Marine, 120ml tomato juice, 6 dashes of tabasco, 5 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, a good pinch of sea salt, ground black pepper, a tsp of paprika, squeeze in a full lime. Garnish with a coriander, celery, olives and a Solanato tomato.

Seadrift Watermelon & Mint Gimlet
Love a gin gimlet? Here is a great alternative that's super easy to make at home.
Ingredients:
60ml of Seadrift Coast Non-Alcoholic Spirit
60ml of Watermelon Juice
4 of Mint Leaves
30ml of Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White
Cocktail Ice
Method:
Place 60ml of Seadrift Coast, 60ml watermelon juice, 30ml freshly squeezed lemon juice, 4 smashed mint leaves, and 30ml of sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with one egg white and some cocktail ice (larger pieces).
Shake vigorously for 60 seconds, then strain the contents of the shaker into a martini style glass.
Garnish:
Garnish with two mint leaves and a slice of watermelon or a fresh edible flower.
Delicate, delicious, complex and completely non-alcoholic!
